How to prepare watermelon Lychee Granita Recipe

Ingredients For watermelon Lychee Granita

1/2 cup cubed watermelon
7-8 lychee
1/2 cup sugar
10 mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated ginger

How to make watermelon lychee granita

Take lychee pit lychees and discard the seeds . Now in a mixer put mint leaves, ginger and sugar. Now add 1/2 cup cubed watermelon lemon juice and lychee. Blend to smooth puree and transfer it to the bowl. Blend the remaining watermelon to a smooth pure and combine this with the previous mixture and mix it well . Pour this into a sturdy freezer-safe container. Once frozen use a fork and start racking the mixture from sides first and proceed eventually. Put it in the freezer once the entire mass is racked up. After 2 hours remove and repeat the racking process. Freeze still ready to serve.
 Garnish it with mint leaves.

Ingredients for cookie

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk-chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

 How To Make Chocolate Cookie

Heat oven to 350 degrees . Cream the butter and sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer or hand mixer in a high speed and add the egg and vanilla . Now add flour,cocoa, baking powder,baking soda and salt . On low speed add dry mixture to the butter mixture beat until fully mixed. Fold in the chocolate chips. Form the dough into approximately 1 1/2 inch balls. place on foil-lined baking sheet  of 2 inches apart. Bake until the centers are just set about 12 minutes. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes then transfer to serving plate.

How To Make Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients For Tres Leches Cake

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2/3 cup evaporated milk
1-1/3 cup sweet condensed milk
1/4 cup milk

For the whipped topping:

1 1/2 cup whipping cream
ground cinnamon for dusting

Preparation of leches cake

Heat the oven at 350 degrees then grease 9/3 inch cake pan. Take a bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt mix it and keep it a side. Separate egg yolk and white one into separate  bowls. Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer whisk the egg yolks on high speed  slowly stream 3/4 cup sugar to the bowl with egg yolks whipe until it's thick and pale in color . Continue whipping and add 1/3 cup milk and vanilla. Now add it in the dry ingredients and mix well don't mix it hard it may toughen the cake. Now back the mixer and beat the egg whits on high speed until its gloomy and foamy. now the remaining  1/4 cup of sugar and continue beating. Now mix the egg whites into egg yolks batter and combine . Pour the batter into the prepare baking pan until 35-40 minutes while the tooth pick is inserted in the center it should come out clean and keep it aside . Now take a jug and pour evaporated milk , condensed milk and whole milk in a jug. Now make wholes on the cake using tooth pick and pour the milk on the cake making sure that it is applied all over the cake and edges. Refrigerate the cake cake for 1 hour . When its ready to serve apply the whipped cream on the cake and sprinkle the cinnamon on the cake.This cake should be covered and refrigerated for 3 days.

INGREDIENTS FOR KAJU KATLI

160 grams kaju
100 grams sugar
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
1 tbsp chopped rose petals or rose water

How To Prepare Kaju Katli

1.Grinding Kaju:

powder the cashew in a griender

2. kaju katli Mixture:

Take a pan keep it in low flame heat water and sugar in a meanwhile grease a plate and keep it a side . When all the sugar dissolved in water add cashew powder. keep on strring the cashew powder on a low flame. The cashew powder starts thickening cook the kaju mixture for 7-9 min until the whole mixture come together 

Preparation of kaju katli

Remove the kaju mixture from the pan and place it on plate . Now add the rose petals and ghee or oil to the cashew mixture. Flatten the kaju katli and place it on greased plate. Now place a butter paper on the mixture and gently roll it with a rolling pin from all sides until it reaches 3-5 mm of thickness. Remove the butter paper and the let the dough cool. When it is completely cooled cut the cashew dough into daimond shape or square shape using a sharp knife. Now remove the kaju katli with a butter knife. Finally serve the kaju katli in a plate

How To Make Dill Pulao Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR DILL PULAO:

1 tbsp Ghee
5-10 black pepper balls
1 inch cinnamon stick
6 cloves
1-2 star anise
1 bay leaf
1 medium sized onion
10 cauliflower pieces
1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste
1 medium sized tomato
1-2 green chili
1-2 small carrot
1 cup basmati rice
1 bunch dill leaves(menthi leaves)
2 cups water
salt for taste

 How To Prepare Dill Rice 

Take a cooker and heat ghee now add black pepper, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf, star, also add thinly sliced onion pieces and mix it well till the onion turn to gloden color now add ginger garlic paste and mix it well so that raw smell of the paste disappears now add tomatoes and green chili until they become soft. Now add carrot and cauliflower and mix it well. You can add the vegetables you want.  Now add soaked basmati rice and mix it well without breaking of rice grains . Now add chopped dill leaves and next pour 2 cups of water add salt and give a good mix. Cover the cooker for 2 whistles on medium flame. Finally it is ready and serve it with raita.

How To Make Kerela Chicken Roast Recipe

Ingredients For Chicken Roast Recipe

1Kg Chicken

For Marination

1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1/4 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp vinegar/ lemon juice
5 Garlic & cloves
3-5 green chillies
salt for taste

For Roasting

3 medium onions
1 large tomato
2 green chilies
3 springs curry leaves
1/4 tbsp garam masala powder
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
1 lemon 
oil

Preparation Of Chicken Masala Roast

Take 1 kg chicken clan it and cut it into medium sized pieces . Take a bowl add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, vinegar/lemon juice, garlic & cloves , green chili, and salt for taste grind it and make a marination now mix the chicken pieces with the marination. and keep aside for an hour. Cut onions into very thin slices and fry them in a hot oil drain them and keep aside. fry the chicken pieces in the oil until almost done. Keep the pan covered so that the pieces could not burn but is cooked inside  drain them and keep a side. Heat 2 tbsp  of oil in another pan add green chilies and curry leaves sault it for 1 minute. Now add the prepared chicken and roast until it is dry. Make sure that all the chicken pieces are well coated with the tomato paste. Sprinkle garam masala and pepper powder and mix it well add lemon juice and mix well if needed add salt. Finally add the fried onions and mix well

How To Prepare Ice- Cream Milk Shake

INGREDIENTS OF ICE CREAM MILK SHAKE

2 Cup milk
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 pieces dark chocolate
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation Of Ice Cream Milk Shake 

Take a blender or bowl add vanilla ice cream, sugar, and milk blend it or mix it well until it become smooth and creamy. Take a serving glass and add ice cubes in it now pour the shake add one scoop of ice cream on the shake and sprinkle the dark chocolate or if you need you can add chocolate chips on the shake. The chilled Ice Cream Milk Shake is ready.

HOW  TO PREPARE LEMON COCONUT LOAF

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs
1 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup cofectioners sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice

 PREPARATION PROCESS

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Grease a 4/8 inch loaf pan. Take a bowl add white sugar and butter until light and fluffy now add eggs one after other and mix it well every time. Add juice and zest of lemon into the butter mixture. Take a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt add it to butter mixture with additional milk mix the batter is just incorporate. Now add coconut mix it just evenly to combine. Now pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake it up to 60 to 65 minutes insert the toothpick in the center it should come out clean. cool it in the pan for 10 minutes.
    
       Now take a bowl with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and add confictioners sugar stir it well up to the batter become thick and take a small plastic bag and pour the batter into it and make a small hole corner  of the bag and gently squeez the mixture on to the loaf.

How To Prepare Brownie Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR BROWNIE 


1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened coco powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp unsweetened coco powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup cofectioner's sugar(cane sugar)

PREPARATION OF BROWNIE 

Heat the oven at 350 degrees and grease and flour an 8-inch square pan. Now take a large pan and melt the butter after melting remove it from heat and add sugar, eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup coco powder, 1/2 cup flour , salt and baking powder now stir it well and spread this batter in a prepared pan and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.

For Frosting

3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp coco powder, honey, 1 tbsp vanilla extract and 1 cup confectioners sugar stir it well and frost on brownie while they are warm.
