Kova Burfi
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kova (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A few saffron strands (optional)
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Mixture:
- In a pan, crumble the kova and cook over low heat for a few minutes until it softens.
- Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
- Continue to cook on low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
