How to Cook Chicken Fried Rice?
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken Small Pieces 100 grams
Rice 1 cup
Oil 4 tablespoons
Spring onions chopped 2
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Eggs whisked lightly 2
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken Fried Rice Preparation Method
Cook rice in three cups of water until just cooked. Drain well and cool. Heat oil in a wok, add spring onions and garlic and stir-fry for a minute. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry for two minutes.
