CRISPY CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS:


2 medium sized potatoes (boiled, pealed and mashed).

1 small cup fresh green peas.

1 small cup split green gram skin less (Soak for 15 minutes, drain and remove the wetness completely with a cloth).

3 tbsp s corn flour pwd.

Salt- to taste.

½ tsp Red chilly pwd.

½ tsp garam masala pwd or chole masala pwd.

1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

Oil- sufficient for deep frying.



How to make Crispy cutlets?

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, place the mashed potato, along with green peas, salt, red chilly pwd, garam masala pwd, ginger garlic paste and corn flour pwd and knead into dough.


Now shape into big lemon sized balls. Take a ball and flatten slightly. Roll the sides to get clean edges.

Press some soaked split green gram on both sides as shown in the picture.

Keep them on a plate.

Mean while heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame.

Slide the cutlets in hot oil and deep fry till the cutlets are evenly fried on both the sides.

When they turn to golden hue, take them on absorbent paper.


Crispy yummy cutlets are ready to serve. Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
