Chocolate Cake in a Pressure Cooker

1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar (powdered)
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp salt
6 inch round greased baking tin

How to make Chocolate cake in a pressure cooker:


Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, butter, sugar, water and vanilla and beat together.

Add the eggs and beat the batter smooth.

Transfer onto the baking tin.

Heat the pressure cooker, covered but without the pressure for 3-4 minutes on high heat, then place the cake tin in the empty cooker (do not add water in the cooker).

Cover again without the pressure, lower the flame and let cook till done (about half an hour).

Ingredients:

6 inch or 12 inch - pizza base

For topping-

2 - Onions (cut into long pieces)

3 - Capsicums (cut into small and long pieces)

1 cup - Cabbage (cut into small)

2 tbsp - amul Butter

1 cup - amul cheese, grated

Tomato sauce

Red Chilli powder

Jeera powder

dhaniya powder

salt to taste

How to make Pan Pizza at Home?

For Topping- 

Step 1- 


Take a pan, put butter in it, and then add cut onions fry till transparent.

Add capsicums and fry for 7 mins.

Add cabbage, half tsp salt and cover

Keep stirring in between
When everything is almost cooked, add red chilli powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and salt (if required)

Your masala is ready. 

Step 2-


Take pizza base, spread butter all over it evenly, both the sides and edges too

Heat a tava on a low flame.

Put the upper base on tava.

Heat it till it turns golden in colour

Turn over it, spread tomato sauce over it, spread your masala.

Cover the pizza with grated cheese and close the lid for 1 mins. Tip- While doing your 4 step you should be very fast.

Ingredients:
2 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
200 g Cottage Cheese (grated)
4 tbsp Refined Flour
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Raisins (soaked)
3 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 cup Cornflakes (crushed)
½ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Green Coriander (finely chopped)
Oil for frying
Salt

How to make Aloo Paneer Pops:
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and sauté onion.
Mix all the other ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
Now make a fine batter of refined flour.
Make cylindrical shaped croquettes out of the mixture.
Dip each one in the batter and put on a plate.
Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Deep fry till golden and crispy.

CHICKEN SAMOSA

Ingredients:

Soft and boneless chicken finely minced - 1 cup

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp

Mint leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp

Curry leaves (chopped) - 1/2 tsp

Garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Eggs - 2

Salt

Wheat flour - 2 cups

Butter - 1 tsp

Oil

How to make Chicken Samosa:


Add butter and salt in wheat flour.

Make it a soft dough (elastic but not sticky).

Heat 1- 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Fry chicken.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic ginger paste, salt, garam masala
powder, coriander, mint and curry leaves.

Cook them on low flame for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Add lemon juice.

Keep it aside and let it cool.

Take prepared wheat dough.

Make small rolls of dough and roll it into a 4"-5" diameter circle.

Cut it into two parts like semi-circle.

Now take one semi circle and fold it like a cone.

Use water while doing so.

Place a spoon of chicken filling in the cone and seal the third side using a drop of
water.

Heat oil in a frying pan to fry chicken samosas.

Take egg white in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan to deep fry chicken patties.

Dip these samosas in egg.

Drop them in heated oil.

Fry till they turn into golden brown.

Serve them hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Note:

You can also add frozen samosa wraps instead of using wheat dough.

An exciting recipe with simple ingredients and easy to make. Mysore Bonda Deep-Fried Vegetable Balls would be a healthy addition in your Iftar plater.

Ingredients


Potato ½ Kg
Chickpea flour ¼ cup
Garam Masala 2 tsp
Coriander 6 stalks
Vegetable Oil 0.3 Kg
Pepper 1 tbsp
Cauliflower ½ Kg
Salt To taste


Cooking Directions



First of all cut the vegetables, cauliflower and potato into large pieces.


Take a steamer add vegetables in it and cook for about 20 minutes.


Take this out of steamer and crush this mixture in a potato ricer. Put this mash aside.


Take a large bowl add chickpea flour, finely chopped coriander, pepper, salt, garam masala, with the vegetables and knead well with your hands. Add a little chickpea flour to maintain a proper consistency.


Now make balls from this mixture. You can easily make 20-23 balls out of this mixture.


Now deep fry the oil on medium flame and serve hot.

Bread 4 slices
Chocolate chips ¼ cup
Banana 1 (sliced)
Butter to grease


Cooking Directions



Grease sandwich maker with butter. Place bread slice, spread layer of chocolate chips followed by banana.


Cover it with other bread slice. Close lid of sandwich maker and toast for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Cut and serve.

డ్రైఫ్రూట్స్ లడ్డు గర్భిణులకు ఎంతో బలవర్ధకమైన ఆహారం. వీటిలో జీడిపప్పు, బాదంపప్పు, పిస్తాపప్పు వాడటం వల్ల ముఖ్యంగా గర్భిణులకి కావలసిన మాంసకృత్తులు అందుతాయి.


కావలసిన పదార్ధాలు:

జీడిపప్పు - ఒక కప్పు
బాదంపప్పు- ఒక కప్పు
పిస్తాపప్పు - ఒక కప్పు
ఖర్జూరాలు - 250 గ్రాములు
గసగసాలు - 50 గ్రాములు
నెయ్యి - 100 గ్రాములు
పంచదార - 100 గ్రాములు
ఏలకులు - 4

How to prepare Dry fruit laddu?

తయారుచేసే విధానం:

ముందుగా జీడిపప్పు , బాదంపప్పు, పిస్తాపప్పు చిన్న ముక్కలుగా చేసుకువాలి. ఒక బాణలిలో నెయ్యి వేసి దోరగా వేయించుకోవాలి. వాటిని పక్కన పెట్టుకొని గసగసాల్ని కూడా దోరగా వేయించుకోవాలి. ఇప్పుడు ఒక గిన్నెలో ఒక పావు లీటరు నీళ్ళు తీసుకుని పొయ్యి మీద పెట్టి మరిగించాలి. నీళ్ళు మరుగుతున్నప్పుడు 100 గ్రాముల పంచదార కలిపి నీళ్ళ పాకం పట్టాలి. ఇప్పుడు ఆ పాకంలో పావుకిలో ఖర్జూరాలు కలిపి అవి మెత్తగా అయ్యేదాకా ఉంచాలి. తర్వాత ఏలకుల పొడి సువాసన కోసం కలుపుకోవాలి. ఈ మిశ్రమంలో ఇంతకు ముందు వేయించి పెట్టుకున్న పప్పుల్ని, గసగసాల్ని కలుపుకోవాలి. తరువాత ఆ మిశ్రమాన్ని చిన్నచిన్న ఉండలుగా చుట్టుకోవాలి. అంతే డ్రై ఫ్రూట్స్ లడ్డూలు తినడానికి రెడీ.

Ingredients:

1 cup Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt) 
1 కప్ పెరుగు
1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana (Kela) 
1 తొక్క తీసిన అరటిపండు
2 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) or to taste 
2 స్పూన్లు పంచదార
1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) (optional) 
పావు టీ స్పూను ఇలాచి పొడి (టేస్ట్ కోసం )
Few Ice-cubes (ఐస్ ముక్కలు )

తయారు చేయు విదానం :

How to make banana lassi:

పెరుగు, పంచదార, అరటిపండు, ఇలచి పొడి , ఐస్ ముక్కలు అన్ని కలిపి mixi లో వేసి పూర్తిగా smoothness వచ్చే వరకు  ఉంచి , ఆ లస్సి ని గ్లాస్ లో సర్వ్ చేయండి అంతే చల్ల చల్లటి అరటిపండు లస్సి రెడీ . టేస్ట్ కోసం cherries , tutyfruty, ఎండుకొబ్బరి వెసుకొవచు. 

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
Pour in glasses and serve chilled.

1 స్లైస్ బ్రెడ్     వేగడానికి సరిపడా నూనె
2 బంగాలదుంపలు ఉదాకబెట్టినవి .

How to prepare Bread Bonda?

తయారుచేయు విదానం :

ముందుగ బంగాళదుంపలు చిదిమి కూరపోపు పెట్టి  నిమ్మకాయ సైజులో ఉండలుగ చేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి .
బ్రెడ్ 1 స్లైస్ నీల్లులో ముంచి వెంటనే అరచేతుల్తో గట్టిగా నీరుపిండి మధ్యలో కోరను పెట్టి  కవరుచేసి గుండ్రంగా చేసుకుని  కాగుతున్న నూనె లో వేసి  దోరగా వెపి తియ్యాలి. సాస్ తో తింటే చాల బాగుంటాయి . ఏ కూరపెట్టినా బాగానే వుంటుంది . గట్టిగా మాత్రం వుండాలి.

Ingredients:


Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) - 200 gms
Gram flour (Besan) - 1 cup
Ajawain (Vamu) - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda - Pinch
Water
OIL to deep fry

How to do paneer pakoda?

Cut paneer into square cubes.
Mix besan, ajwain, red chili powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Add water and 1 tsp of oil and make a thick batter.
Rest it for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok or kadai.
Dip paneer piece in prepared batter and drop gently in hot oil.
Fry till they trun golden brown.
Serve with green chuteny or ketchup.
