📝 Ingredients
- Jaggery (Bellam) – 1 cup
- Water – 3 to 4 cups
- Dry ginger powder (Sonthi) – ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (optional)
- Tulsi leaves (optional, for offering)
👨🍳 Preparation
- Dissolve jaggery in water completely.
- Strain to remove impurities.
- Add ginger powder, pepper powder, and cardamom.
- Mix well and add lemon juice if needed.
- Offer to Lord Rama and serve chilled.
